CHAPTER 20: Prove It
2003 saw Tiffany fighting most of all to establish credibility as a live performer. She realigned herself with "Cheez," a seasoned Rock/Alternative manager for acts like Korn and Kid Rock. Cheez agreed to support Tiffany after being blown away by her music.
The UK kept calling. Tiffany and I Think We're Alone Now were quite fondly remembered there. Finally Tiffany returned to the UK in January of 2003 and then twice again later that year to do mini tours, playing 2-4 songs at multiple venues each night. While in England, Tiffany started a special friendship with a British fella named Benn George.
She toured the USA, selling out crowds of thousands in casinos, small stages, clubs, etc. Cheez's plan for Tiffany was to build up a fan base and credibility the way rock acts do: play gigs, wow the crowds, and keep coming back. Behind the scenes Tiff worked on demos for a new album, found an acting agent, and searched for the elusive record deal.
As the year came to a close, Tiffany took a few months off to finalize her divorce from Bulmaro "Junior Garcia, and see to matters of the heart.
